Terms of Use
Last updated: April 16, 2026
Overview
Verse is a paid macOS app distributed as a public beta. By purchasing, downloading, or using Verse, you agree to these terms.
What you are buying
A purchase gives you access to the current Verse beta build and a personal, non-transferable right to use it for your own purposes on macOS. Verse is sold as a direct-download app, not as a hosted service account.
Public beta status
Verse is still in public beta. That means features may change, behavior may be rough around the edges, and some workflows may break while the app is still being improved.
Reasonable use
You agree not to:
- resell, redistribute, or mirror the app or download files
- use Verse in a way that breaks applicable platform rules or laws
- misrepresent Verse as your own product or service
- abuse the beta access or download flow
Third-party platforms
Verse interacts with third-party music platforms such as Spotify and Apple Music. Those platforms are independent of Verse and may change their apps, APIs, permissions, or behavior at any time.
No affiliation
Verse is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Spotify or Apple.
Availability and changes
Verse may update, change, pause, or remove beta features over time. The public website, pricing, access flow, and app behavior may also change as the product evolves.
Warranty disclaimer
Verse is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, especially during beta.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as Verse moves beyond beta. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
